- Description of your circumstance(s) (following a chronological order)
- Your high school name and its contact information
- Any formal/informal academic record you have access to (as attachments in English)
- Any supporting documents that are relevant to your circumstance(s) (as attachments in English)
- Your parents/legal guardians contact details
By providing us with this information, we will be able to make a determination on the best way to advise you so that you are able to complete your application. Make sure when sending the email to list the subject as follows: “Application Question [Student First Legal Name and Legal Last Name]”
