1. If students are admitted to the program, they will receive a decision update via email. Instructions on setting up your CalNet ID, passphrase, and how to enroll in your Summer Sessions class(es) will follow. Students must check their spam folder if they do not receive the email within 48 hours of receiving their acceptance notification. If there are any issues with receiving CalNet information, please contact summer@berkeley.edu. Once students create their CalNet ID and passphrase, they will be able to log in to the CalCentral system and enroll in their Summer Sessions class(es).
2. Pay all tuition and fees. Tuition and fees will be assessed to the student's CalCentral account as they are enrolling in their Summer Sessions class(es). All tuition and fees must be paid in full in CalCentral within seven calendar days from when students enroll in their class(es) or else students risk losing their spot. Failure to submit a payment within the seven-day window is not considered an official cancellation from the program, and you will continue to owe all tuition & fees if you fail to pay after the seven-day window.
3. Payment can be made via electronic or check payment. (Summer Sessions accepts most major credit cards). Please allow 3-5 business days for payment processing time. To view in-person and online payment options, visit the following link: https://studentbilling.berkeley.edu/payments-and-refunds.
Applications are not considered complete until all required materials are submitted, and admission is not considered confirmed until all tuition and fees are paid.
